We have the pleasure of announcing the successful grant approval for a set of feasibility studies with Boral®, from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA).
GEFS has partnered with Boral® (Market Cap: AUS$5.4 billion+) in order to study the possibility of building a plant in Herons Creek, using their sawmill residues.
ARENA awarded AUS$500,000 out of the AUS$1.2m cost for the feasibility and engineering costs.
Should the feasibility study be a success, then it is likely that we would accomplish further ARENA funding to build a commercial plant.
